My take on IT Support and Development is like Linux - straightforward, to the point and "Solutions which fit the needs" and no - "we can also do this just because we can" etc.....

You will not get phrases like "Sorry to hear that", "Sorry you are experiencing problems", "We will be happy to help you", "Have a nice day" and insincere phrases like that

I aim to understand exactly what you need and to offer solutions which fit those needs
